Are You Eligible?
- New Owners: Register your unit within the first 6 months of ownership.
- Existing Owners: Secure your extension by booking a VapourFlow-approved service within your first 2 years of ownership.
How the Guarantee Works
In the event of a mechanical fault, VapourFlow will coordinate the return, repair, and delivery of your unit to ensure it is back to peak operating condition.
- Return-to-Base Service: Included in your guarantee fee. We will organise the collection and return of your unit for inspection and repair.
- On-Site Assistance: If you require a technician to visit your property (Call-Out Service), standard service fees will apply.
Terms and Conditions
To maintain your 3rd Year Extended Guarantee, the following maintenance and installation standards must be met:
- Filter Maintenance: Filters must be cleaned or replaced at least once every 12 months.
- Professional Servicing: A full service (including fan blade cleaning) must be performed within the first 2 years of purchase by a VapourFlow-approved engineer.
- Correct Installation: Units must be installed strictly according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Standard Operating Conditions: The guarantee applies to units used within conventional home environments; exposure to extreme conditions voids coverage.
- Electrical Safety: Units must have a local mains isolation point and a safe power supply from the mains fuse board.
- Physical Integrity: Coverage does not apply to units that have suffered external mechanical or physical damage.
Service & Call-Out Fees
If you have multiple devices in one property, you only pay one call-out fee plus the individual service charge per unit.
